Myanmar. After 70+ years of dictatorship, there was a short period of fragile democracy and hope in Myanmar, before the Myanmar military Junta seized power again February 1, 2021. The Myanmar Peoples Defence Forces are fighting against the junta. How can people who specialize in edutainment methodologies, be of service and support of this (and other) political movements?

Colombia. After 60 years+ armed conflict, 9 million+ victims, a peace process that resulted in peace accords with the FARC guerrillas in 2016 and a transitional justice system admired worldwide, Colombia needs truth, transitional justice and IMAGINATION. In this session we will share insights on the multimedia Programme 'Romper el Silencio' (Breaking the Silence) and show how imagination through good storytelling can help question prejudices and stereotypes, reconcile individuals, communities, re-build social cohesion and show that a new Colombia is possible.

Session will begin at 1:00.
