At Sightsavers, our vision is of a world where no one is blind from avoidable causes and where people with disabilities can participate equally in society.  

Our work often relies on changing attitudes and behaviours. This could involve encouraging companies to provide interviews to blind job applicants, or persuading health workers to adapt their services for patients with mental health disabilities.  

We use social behaviour change across our programmes to drive change. We’ve learnt a lot over the years, including the importance of communicating in a way that is inclusive and accessible for everyone.
