illuminAid is a media and capacity building non-profit organization in the United States that works to reduce poverty in the 70 poorest countries in the world. Specifically, we equip and train organizations in developing nations to produce and share low-cost behavior change video content in order to help educate and safeguard local communities facing our world's most pressing challenges.

We travel worldwide to teach local NGO partners how to operate video equipment and create videos that disseminate modern and essential knowledge to their beneficiaries. This includes videos on disease prevention (especially during the pandemic), reproductive health, quality agricultural practices, human rights, and more. These videos are then spread to those impoverished communities, and we give NGOs the video equipment and projectors, which are solar-powered.
