Networking Space: Testing and Learning at Scale - Social Media interventions for Vaccine Confidence (Hosted by Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance)

Session Information

The journey to building vaccine trust and confidence is highly dependent on the context. Programs working at scale across different geographies test different intervention approaches, whether that's community engagement models, trusted messenger strategies, targeted messaging, or channel selection-and discover what resonates (and what doesn't) in their specific context.

This panel brings three VaxSocial grantees to share the concrete interventions they tested, the evidence and learnings they generated, and the implications for vaccine confidence work. This conversation centers on real choices and testing approaches adopted by each: What did you try? What did you learn? What would you do differently? And critically, where do your learnings overlap-and where do they diverge?

The moderator will synthesize cross-program patterns, highlight differences, and surface practical insights for practitioners adapting similar approaches in their own contexts.
