Trust is widely recognized as foundational to health-seeking behavior - yet it remains one of the most difficult constructs to define, build, and measure in practice. This session convenes practitioners advancing trust-based approaches across faith communities, digital media, and health systems to examine what the evidence demonstrates and where critical gaps remain. Through partner presentations and a facilitated panel discussion, attendees will explore how trust is built and maintained across diverse programmatic contexts, what thresholds of trust are sufficient to drive behavior change, and how implementers can more rigorously measure progress. Attendees will leave with practical frameworks and evidence-based insights to inform their own trust-building investments.
